Fixed recoverable costs under PD 45 Table 14 (intermediate track).
This calculator applies to claims on the intermediate track where the cause of action accrues on or after 1 October 2023. It implements all 16 stages from PD 45, Table 14. Cumulative stages represent the highest stage reached; separate stages are additional amounts for specific steps taken.

Disbursements
Under CPR 45.60 the court may allow any disbursement reasonably incurred — there are no fixed per-item caps on the intermediate track. The exception is a disbursement covering work for which costs are already allowed in the Section VII fixed costs. Enter the actual amount claimed for each item.
